Soft Skills are a group of qualities or attributes that shape our personality and determine one’s flow of life in a social environment. These skills can include grace, good communication skills, presentation skills, good manners and habits and to maintain cleanliness to name a few. Soft skills are also known as life skills as it shows the right path to a successful professional career and also a personal one.The T&P Division is taking utmost care to develop these skills among the students .The division consists of expert trainers who are taking regular soft skills classes in every batch and special sessions for the final year batches. Before every campus placement drive, soft skills sessions and interview skills sessions are held to give a positive outlook to the whole process of recruitment.
